Juicy, sweet and enticing

With warm yellow and green skin with red highlights, Ambrosia was discovered and developed by the Mennell family in Canada in the early 90's.

Tasting notes
Ambrosia is a real crowd-pleasing apple. Soft floral notes are intertwined with a delicate and juicy acidity, delivering a harmonious apple which is particularly sweet and enticing. The flesh is tender with a very fine, crisp texture.
